This week starts my next extended stay at a Bed & Breakfast. This time I’m heading to one of my favorite cities in Texas – Gruene. I’ll be staying at Gruene Mansion Inn which is a stone’s throw from the Legendary Gruene Hall (Dance Hall & Saloon). My first job was actually in Gruene – working for Executive Chef Carol Hill over at The River House Tea Room. This trip – like the last – will be a lot like going home.
